Tender documents may be obtained from Municipal Council of Mavoko Town Hall at a cost of Kshs.3,000(Three Thousand shillings only) on all items. Prices quoted must include V.A.T., and withholding tax and delivery costs and the Tenderers must be V.A.T. registered and provide VAT Compliance Certificates.
Each completed Tender Document must be returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked the tender number and item with no indication of the identity of the Tenderer and addressed to

Or lodged in the TENDER BOX so as to be received not later than 12 noon on 8th February,  2012. Tender applications will be opened at 12.30 P.M. on the closing date and the providers principals or their nominated representatives are welcome to witness the opening at the Municipal’s chambers.
